Provider Information Return (PIR) Support
The PIR is an annual form CQC send to you which will ask you a range of questions they use to update their records and risk matrix. How you answer this form matters. If you do not provide enough supporting information or link the answers to the fundamental standards and regulations, this can trigger a monitoring call or even an inspection.
We can help support you in completing this form, including completing it on your behalf.
Mock Assessment
We undertake one comprehensive mock assessment per year. This can be increased if requested^.
You’ll receive a full assessment report as well as any recommendations and we can also help support you in the implementation of those recommendations if needed^.
Dedicated Consultant
You will always have access to a dedicated and named highly experienced consultant.
They will undertake all of your visits as well as support you in the implementation of any improvements if this is requested^.

Training & Coaching
We can provide training and coaching for teams, from executive and senior leadership, to operations managers and front line workers.
We offer training in a number of areas including quality governance, CQC standards, inspections and evidence requirements, medication management, medicines administration, and so much more.
Regular Governance Meetings
We can work with your Registered Manager or other senior leader to review key documents on a regular basis, depending on your needs. This could be monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly etc.
