Why use retained consultancy?
If you are a small or medium sized provider and would like the support of an area manager, but cannot justify the prohibitive cost of employing someone, retained consultancy services could work for you.
Starting from £499+VAT per month*, we provide ongoing support in all matters compliance and governance to help you feel secure and confident that your service is delivering its services to a high standard.
You already have enough to deal with running and growing your business. Dealing with legal compliance on top is a very time and cost consuming process.
Though this is a package product (with additional features as below) you’ll still receive a service tailored to your individual business needs.
What’s included?
4x Governance Review Meetings
We undertake quarterly meetings per annum (can be increased if requested^) to review your governance and compliance. This includes a business strategy conversation, as well as a review of your policies and training.
We provide structured feedback and can support you in implementation of any changes needed if you wish for us to do so^. You’ll also receive a governance report
1x Mock Assessment
We undertake one comprehensive mock assessment per year. This can be increased if requested^. This mock assessment will be undertaken by a specialist consultant who will undergo a comprehensive i.e. full assessment of your service in line with the CQC’s Single Assessment Framework.
Additionally, we will also advise on areas that other care consultancies do not. For example, the 70+ other laws that affect the care industry instead of just the two that CQC regulations are governed by.
You’ll receive a full assessment report as well as any recommendations and we can also help support you in the implementation of those recommendations if needed^.
Unlimited Email & Phone Support**
We provide you and your team with unlimited email and phone support** during our normal office hours. This is highly cost effective as you won’t have to worry about additional fees every time you contact us.
Dedicated Consultant
You will always have access to a dedicated and named highly experienced consultant, who will undertake all of your visits as well as provide you with ad-hoc support.
